Custom drawings are all hand drawn by Vicki. She uses white pastel pencils on heavy, acid free black paper. The drawing will not fade or wrinkle. There are many sizes to choose from. She draws from your most treasured photographs. All you will need to do is upload the photos you'd like drawn with the "CHOOSE FILE" button below. Then press the "SUBMIT" button. They need to be of a high resolution and very clear. You can send several different photos and she can create one beautiful drawing. Before you purchase the item, Vicki will need to see the photos to see if she will be able to draw from them. All of the drawings are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the drawing, you can get a full refund. An email will be sent to you showing a scanned image of your drawing when it's complete. You can decide then if you are satisfied or not. A refund will not be issued after the drawing is sent in the mail. However, if the drawing was damaged, you can get a refund or another drawing can be done to replace the damaged one.
